September

Uncle Cody is good at reading stories to his niece and nephews.  Thus was the last day we were up at bear lake.

Jake loves looking at the alpaca on our walks and playing at the park.

We all got together when Scott and his family came up. Jake has fun playing with his cousins.
Mom came to visit. the day she came, we went to visit Kevin.
Jake's started blowing kisses. It's more like and Indian call, but cute and very sweet.

And after I dropped her off at the airport, I took Jake to the air museum to run around outside for a bit.

August 2014

After learning how to walk at the end of July, Jake has continued to get better and faster at walking.
We celebrated his 1st birthday and he had a blast.  We even let him pick out his own cake (went to the store and said, Jake, do you want this one or this one? This one or this one. He chose well).

He likes it when we read books to him, he likes to look at them himself too.

He loves to be around other kids. We took him to the little zoo in Logan and he saw the Wild Turkeys, Reindeer, and swan. He also likes to see the ducks in the area and other local animals. However, he is afraid of animals that he could touch (i.e. dogs).

And to finish off the month, we went to Bear Lake with his Great grandparents. He loved playing in the water and sand with his cousins and spending time with Spencer and his great-grandparents and Aunts and Uncles.
