October 2018

We got to see Nikolia and Serinity again during their fall break. Jacob and Marie had so much fun with them.

Jacob and Spencer thought we should make a fun treat to eat during general conference - fruit pizza.

Grandma made Marie a Rapunzel braid for Halloween. One time she wore a pink dress, then a purple Rapunzel dress then the Purple Rapunzel dress with a blue Elsa dress/apron

And here's Jacob in front of a neighbor's house trick or treating. It was a quick trick or treating because I had to work and Spencer wasn't feeling too well and it was very cold (It snowed that morning).

Charlotte is starting to sit up on her own. Jacob and Marie love playing together. Things are going well.

September 2018

Jacob loves preschool. There is a group of 6 moms/kids and we take turns teaching. Here are some pictures from preschool

I think this belongs to a different month maybe, but this is Spencer's amazing family helping us move our stuff. When we left Utah to visit family at the start of the summer, we didn't know if I had the job at Weber or not. But either way, we had three and a half months before school started and we were hoping to have our town house ready to move in. So we put our stuff in storage and left for the summer. I did not get the job at Weber State, so we decided to stay in Colorado close to our parents while I finish my dissertation and we try meeting with different doctors for Spencer. When we left Utah, the specialists kept referring us back and forth and no one really had an answer...We still don't have an answer, but acupuncture has helped. We still have a way to go.

Jacob loves Charlotte. She is a very happy baby and loves her siblings (and they love her)

Aunt Tara came to visit/came by on their move across the country and give Jacob and Marie her kids old bikes that they have out grown. Jacob and Marie we so excited (especially since their bikes did not make it out of Utah)

This is the storage unit here. A few days before we were going to leave Utah with the moving truck full of our stuff, the storage unit called to tell us they had rented our unit out to someone else. We panicked, but then they offered us a larger unit for the same price. Yay!

Amie came to visit with her four youngest kids on her way to and from Utah. Jacob and Marie got to play with their cousins. We love living by grandparents - we get to see all the cousins!
