May 2021

Unpacked (and then donated) the three trophies that I earned in my athletic career. The "everyone gets a trophy" trophy for swim team.

Marie made this card for me for mother's day

And she and Jacob made this

Kelsey and Matthew came to visit. She played Parcheesi with the kids. The loved it!

Jacob made me this towel for Mother's day with his wonderful primary activity day leaders. A humming bird, a heard, the sun and moon. And a flower.

and with Sandra's help, they made me a bouquet of cookie flowers, too.

Found this card from Spencer's mission president. And this is a journal that we kept before we got married. But we saw each other every day, so it didn't really serve the same purpose as it did for my college roommates who were dating long distance.

Charlotte's birthday present from Robyn. A Princess Sophia dress!

Dad's trophies. Photoed them and them and then passed them on to someone who repurposes them for new trophies.

Got a big box from the neighbors and made a fortress.

Well, in the first time in over a year, I'm on schedule. This month, I had an interview with Galen College and will begin adducting for them in October after I finish a 6 week, paid, training workshop. These past two weeks have been very relaxing. I only had one school to actively teach for, so I have made some progress on unpacking and preparation for my summer classes.

Spencer finished his differential equations class with an A, and has also had some down time to help unpack.
Jacob had his last day of school on Friday. This is what his teacher sent:
That he likes Legos, reading Pokémon books, playing board games and video games, and drawing Pokémon from his book. He wants to be a zoologist or biologist when he grows up to help animals (typo on the slide)

Marie and Charlotte playing dress up. The love their heals, skirts, necklaces, etc.

Marie fell asleep like this the other night. Looked uncomfortable :)

It's Memorial Day weekend and Mom is out visiting David and Kellie with their new baby, Halley. Scott and Sandra are in Utah. They have been living with us since they sold their house. With Mom's basement finished, it works well.

April 2021

The microwave for Mom's kitchen was completely damaged upon opening. Resulted in having to wait an extra few weeks to get it put in.

These are all genealogy things Aunt Karen shared with me when she visited for Easter Weekend.

Charlotte, Danny, Jacob, James, and Marie on Easter morning

Charlotte, Marie, James, Jacob, Danny, and Aaron while they were here for Easter weekend/General Conference

Found Dad's pill box. Mom counted what was in there before recycling the pills. 32.5 pills a day.

Charlotte takes my phone a lot and takes picture. They don't turn out too great and the angles are just ok, but she love it

Found Dad's old year books. Not much of him in them, but this is what was there:

Charlotte dressed up as a super hero.

Grandma with my kids

Found this when I was unpacking. Goals. Little behind on them, but I did get my teaching certificate and PhD... well, Ed.D., but yeah..
